Career
Where the experience comes from
My background includes more than seven years with WesTrac, one of Australia's largest Caterpillar dealers, between 2017 and 2025, with an 18 month break around 2022 to 2023. The work spanned marketing, customer experience, digital, and intelligence, and included leading digital transformation across major equipment networks. I managed 24 people across four teams, each with its own manager, and with my team designed and implemented WesTrac's customer-facing marketing technology stack. That work required navigating complex operational environments, managing stakeholder alignment at every level, and driving change that had to stick under real conditions.
Before WesTrac, I spent eight years as Regional Digital Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific at SAS Software, looking after marketing teams (not as their line manager) in 12 countries, including China, Japan and Korea, and working extensively with the US.
How I work
Evidence, not inference
I serve as a Director on the Hunter Manufacturing Awards board, holding the Digital Transformation and AI portfolio, and as Festival Director for Hunter iF. The Industrial AI Benchmark is now live and collecting real readiness data from businesses across NSW, which means when I talk about where this region stands, I'm drawing on evidence, not inference.
Integrated AI operates as a division of Integrated Contracting Pty Ltd. We're active in the contracting, fabrication, and industrial services landscape, not observing it from the outside. That's the difference between advice that sounds right and advice that works in your environment.
